Cocoaworks was started in 2003 when a friend asked if she could buy some of the chocolate bars that I gave out annually as a Holiday gift to friends and family. I did a bit of "research" and realized that there was a market for gourmet chocolate bars as gifts or personal consumption. The customization came in the next year as I realized that people wanted to give them to their clients or to celebrate life's milestones. Everybody loves chocolate so it has been a fun and happy business to build.
